CHANGING THE NARRATIVE ON
AN ESTABLISHED BRAND
BRIEF
Given the current global situation, our client saw a need to reframe their brand positioning. Our job was to provide a new concept that would link the brand to its key brand benefits rather than the current consumer perception.
SOLUTION
Our discovery team found a few relevant consumer trends that resonated with the brand in play. First, consumers are making informed choices at a holistic level with their brand choices. They rather experience less but better. Second, consumers are looking to purchase brands with a social responsibility agenda. They want to engage with brands that add value to the community and to the world.
IMPLEMENTATION

We developed a series of toolkits that connected these consumer trends with occasions that would fit for purpose, all whilst enhancing the key brand attributes that personified these trends. Once we had developed the strategies, we built an activation plan comprised of a series of implementations on a 360 ecosystem with the brand and consumer at the heart. We included a measurement and evaluation plan to ensure we tested the new activations in a timely manner and avoid slowing down the speed to market.
BRIEF
Our world is changing daily, and technology is evolving more rapidly than ever, specially impacting how consumers shop. It is all about disruption. Our mission was to deliver an intricate part of a major advanced analytics platform: the commercial segmentation.
SOLUTION
We used a web scraper platform to research the industry players and how and where they interacted with consumers. We then looked at consumer behaviour through various third party syndicated data to put together the pieces of the puzzle: behaviours, their likes, where they shopped, etc. We broke the outlets by segments and coded them to match specific consumer needs. We finally created a mapping system where we paired the occasion, channel, outlet and geographical area specific to consumer wants and needs, and most importantly how they connect with the brands.
IMPLEMENTATION
Once we structured the data, we supported in its integration on a major data platform. This platform allows the client to interact and extract key consumer trends linked to specific commercial channels. To it we added additional factors such as social media trends, sales kpis based on geographical area and consumer behaviour and supported in the team's structure to deliver the final product. We additionally created a training platform to support ease of use.

TAKING A FOOD START-UP TO THE NEXT LEVEL
BRIEF
With the rise of the delivery business during the pandemic and the growing importance of health and wellness, a well renowned chef and a hedge fund employee partnered to capture a share of this thriving market. We were tasked to deliver their overall business ad scale strategy as well as an investor plan and presetation.
SOLUTION
As a first step, our team organized a workshop with the business' key stakeholders to define their vison, mission, operational, financial and marketing strategy. Once aligned, we collated and analysed market and competitor data, participated in a target audience ethnographic research and provided the key consumer insights that fed into their business blueprint. Health and wellness is perceived as an achievement, and once achieved a feeling of belonging and accomplishment boosts morale and self-confidence.
IMPLEMENTATION

Once the strategic deliverables were defined, we applied our ethnographic research insight across all areas of the business plan. Unparalleled positive results supported the company's scale ambition and gave way for the expansion phase. We supported the team in the crowdfunding platform execution as well as the investor deck. Our approach and dedication exposed this client' to a new way to look into the future.
